Mindfulness at Work: A 6-Week Program
Beyond a single session, this structured program combines live guided sessions, video practices, and written tools to help your team build lasting resilience — not just a nice hour away from their desks
Corporate yoga is designed to support a team at work. Building a well-balanced body-mind connection to optimise workflow and a meaningful transition between work and life expectations.
❋ YogaA Blend or seated, standing and lying down movements to open up the body. Activating areas of the body that switch off during long periods at a desk. And awakening space in areas of the body that gather tension and fatigue.
❋ MindfulnesYoga is, in fact, a form of mindfulness. However, this is developed further through smaller gestures and inward focus, so that you learn to study the ruminations and busyness our minds get caught up in during work hours, and to focus on what matters in the moment.
❋ BreathBreathing influences our energy flow to the body and mind. Breathing well enables better creativity and focus. Less brain fog and more productivity.

Sarah has a strong, capable ability to navigate a room of diverse bodies and minds. In the corporate world, she has managed to bring a team together and find inner serenity in the office, whether that be a morning, lunchtime or afternoon event.
Sarah teaches from her heart, dedicated to bringing together mindfulness within movement and then deep restorative rest.
Sarah lives yoga. She once owned her own school, so she understands the work-life balance and the demands it places on work life and home life.
She works for Lifeline, so she uses her practice to balance the demands of this particular environment.

This is a chance to connect with how yoga and mindfulness can help improve productivity—through this practice and over time, the integration of productive minds becomes clearer, more creative, and less bogged down by what does not matter.
